Note to self:
Wake up and be thankful because there is someone else somewhere else who is in a worse condition than me.
They may be next door, a mile away or ten thousand miles away, but....
they may not know what I know-that God is near.
I can move.
I can dance.
I can choose.
I can decline.
I can artistry
I am God's tapestry
with all my textures and tones
in this realm- I am.
Note to myself:
Be grateful for choices.
I still have my issues- yes but,
God can heal and has given me the choice to be healed.
3 God’s power has given us everything we need for life and godliness, through our knowing the One who called us to his own glory and goodness. 4 By these he has given us valuable and superlatively great promises, so that through them you might come to share in God’s nature and escape the corruption which evil desires have brought into the world.
1 Peter 1 CJB
Yehovah has given us the ability to self heal. In Genesis 1 He created the heavens and the earth and furnished it with everything we need that pertain to life and godliness and with ingredients to upkeep our souls and bodies.
As we continue on this journey we have to get to the place of knowing how to encourage ourselves. We have read how David encouraged himself in the Lord and we have read and heard about the fact that the joy of the Lord is our strength. We have heard it preached, but it seems that no one is really escorting us into how to do this and what it really means. Oh, sure it is easy to exult in the Lord when all is going well, but when a child has died, when you have been fired from your job, or when you are at the point of divorce or false accusation how to you praise Him?
You are here
Standing in between yesterday and tomorrow
I was there.
and I remember walking along those
streets of cement looking at my own foot prints and
almost got carried away by another spirit.
but I am here
looking back at you saying
follow me as i pursue life everlasting.
Yes, take my hand
as I behold the Light
as we behold the Light
of a glorious countenance.
He was here.
One who has walked from the streets of gold
to the dust of the earth.
Shrouded in humility
and upheld by Love.
We are here.
called from dust
No matter how much and no matter how little.
Love is a victor.
No matter who comes and no matter who goes
Love is a victor.
Sometimes I feel like I have been abandoned and forgotten
It seems that my last decision was the worst one I have ever made.
How did I get here and
Why is the world so cruel?
My Yeshua My Yeshua
you are my remedy.
I heard a song once saying,
Bombs bursting in air....
But that was not the sound of shalom
that was not the sound of love.
No matter what I press.
No matter what
I will pursue truth.
